Victor Levy
MD | FACG | FACP-Founder
Dr. Levy received his medical degree from State University of New York, and postgraduate training took place at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Levy is licensed to practice medicine in New York, Florida and Massachusetts, and is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He maintained a private practice in consultative gastroenterology for 20 years. He has held multiple hospital administrative positions including President of the Medical Staff and member of the Board of Directors at the largest voluntary hospital system on Florida's Gulf Coast and a recent 'top 50 hospitals' selection, according to US News and World Report and AARP. He held the faculty appointment of Assistant Affiliate Professor of Family Medicine at the University of South Florida School of Medicine.
Pilot studies and related topics have been published in the American Journal of Medicine, American Journal of Gastroenterology, IEEE and presented at the annual scientific meetings of the ACG and AGA.
Speaking engagements have included a presentation to the AHRQ HIT division and the National Emergency Management Summit.
Biostatistical Analysis
The MIT center for Clinical Research has Provided Personnel uniquely qualified in the methodology of clinical trials. The unusual mathametical modelling, a feature of the site back-end technology, requires biostatisticians who can'think out of the box' to establish parameters of reliability.

Clinical Advisory Network
Physicians from all clinical specialties in medicine are available as consultants for development of specific algorithms useful in a variety of clinical settings. These physicians have worked side by side with Dr. Levy throughout his 25-year career in medicine and are regarded by peers as 'the best in the business.

Studies published in 2013, 2014 and 2019 have been conducted at the Stratton VA Medical Center in Albany, NY and Bassett Health Center in Cooperstown, NY.
Legal Counsel
Vantage Law, near Seattle, and Sonnenschein Law, in San Francisco, have provided legal counsel for the corporation. Bruce Kaser, at Vantage, and Reece Hirsch, at Sonnenschein, have significant experience in information technology and Health Care law, respectively. The Columbia MBA Group, based in New York City, is a business network with significant contacts in the investment banking and finance sectors in New York. All members have received their MBA degree from the Columbia University School of Business.
